Product Feature: Automatic Drum Filling System completely automates ingressing, removing cap, filling, capping, palletizing, and loading of drums. Since multiple nozzles can be installed, user can select and fill different materials by touch screen. The screen indicates the number of filled drums and total amount of filled material. Various options such as long nozzle, protect cover, and inkjet printer can be selected. It is also possible to choose explosion proof type according to the condition of the site. Drip tray helps preventing even one drop of leakage, and automatic alarm system signals in case of cap removal and in-gate location error. Various materials and environments such as filling of harmful material and sites with high temperature or gas steam are applicable.
